These terms apply when you access or use EAS, a service operated by Silver Owl Studios LLC.
1. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account information, credentials, and activity. Do not use EAS unlawfully, infringe rights, disrupt the service, or bypass access and security controls.
2. AI-assisted output
EAS produces informational AI-assisted output. It can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You remain responsible for checking material facts and involving qualified professionals before acting on consequential guidance.
3. Plans and billing
The canonical catalog currently defines Free at $0, Pro at $49 per month, and Enterprise at $149 per month in USD. Paid checkout exists only when its Stripe price is configured. The current catalog does not offer annual billing.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and authorize its processing to provide requested features. Do not submit information you lack authority to use.
5. Availability and changes
Features can depend on third-party providers and configuration. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, output accuracy, a specific result, or professional suitability. We may update the service or these terms, subject to applicable law.
