EAS handles account and profile details, onboarding preferences, conversations, messages, advisor selections, usage records, subscription state, and support communications you provide.

• Stripe customer and transaction identifiers for configured billing
• Request, security, and error records needed to operate the service
• Prompts and responses for an AI feature you choose to use

2. Purpose

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide conversations and requested workflows, enforce plan limits, process configured billing, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support.

3. Providers

EAS uses Supabase for authentication and data services, Anthropic for current advisor generation routes, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for hosting and product analytics. Resend may deliver configured account email. Each provider processes information needed for the invoked service.

4. Retention and security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can promise absolute security. Retention depends on service, security, operational, and legal needs rather than a single promised period.

5. Choices and requests

You may update available account settings and use supported billing controls. Contact us about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
